Busby, Bell & Biggs, P.C., has three attorneys with combined legal experience of over sixty-four (64) years. Because the firm limits its practice to personal injury and wrongful death litigation/settlement, the attorneys provide current, professional expertise to clients seeking advice and/or representation regarding a personal injury or wrongful death claim.

Attorneys Jim Busby, Michael Bell, and Richard “Moe” Biggs, each take pride in his ability to sit down with clients and communicate on a personal basis. Each attorney believes that understanding and attempting to address any clients’s unique needs and concerns is important to thorough and effective legal representation. By spending adequate time with each client, the attorneys understand that they can better appreciate the client’s needs and thereby develop a plan that best addresses those needs.

Our three attorneys consult with each other and share advice, opinions and insight in order to provide each client the benefit of three separate perspectives. This combined and collaborative effort is intended to result in the most successful conclusion for each client’s case.

Firm founder and senior partner Jim Busby is certified as a Specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation by the State Bar of Arizona, Board of Legal Specialization. Each attorney at Busby, Bell & Biggs, P.C., serves the community through various legal and civic organizations.

Busby, Bell & Biggs, P.C., has earned an “AV” rating, which is the highest rating available to a law firm. The rating is a result of surveys performed within the legal community by the Martindale Hubbell organization. The “AV” rating is reflective of very high to preeminent ability in the practice of law and the highest recommendation with reference to professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability, and diligence. All three attorneys in the firm are members of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and Jim Busby has served on its board of directors.

Because of our dedication to our clients and community, we have earned a solid reputation with other lawyers and court personnel. We take pride in that reputation.
