Jim Busby began practicing law in Tucson in 1972. Jim was born and raised in Tucson and attended his first three years of high school there. He attended his senior year of high school in Casa Grande, Arizona, and then returned to Tucson to complete his undergraduate and law school studies at the University of Arizona.
During the first several years his general law practice included personal injury and wrongful death litigation, family law, criminal law and business/corporate law. In approximately 1985 Jim began to devote his practice exclusively to injury and wrongful death litigation. As an injury and wrongful death specialist all of Jim's professional efforts are directed towards helping individuals who have been injured and/or family members of those persons killed because of the fault of others.
Jim's A.V. rating by Martindale-Hubbell is the highest rating available for legal ability and ethical standards.
Married since 1967, Jim and his wife, Marilyn, have four children and four grandchildren.
